Apartment Hotel »Lifestyle Living« - Taborstraße 26,
Vienna, Austria

A brand new loft carrying 19 apartments will be erected on a solitary building in the second district, where Taborstrasse and Glockengasse meet at a sharp angle. The exterior of the building will remain unchanged.
The new roof, for the most part, will have the equivalent appearance as the original, for only minor changes will be undertaken. The incisions for patios, as well as the new ribbon glazing on top of the cornice will infer few alterations. The apartments will span over two stories,  accessable via access balconies.
The furniture for this project, insipired by the Viennese Mokka, is custom made and will be designed in a noble brown and light birch. The surface spanning over the room dividers consists of imprints of scenes from the film 'The Third Man'. These subjects have been created in a way that when observed at near proximity they will appear as a distinct pattern. Only through observation from a further distance will the actual image sophisiticately take its form.
